Border collies when the job requires zero border collies!

We are 18th birthday cake baking and the dogs are 100% thinking that this activity also involves them 😂

Sharing my goals for the Beaustrong crew!

Next October we're heading to the Border Collie National in Adelaide and I've set myself some little goals for each of our three BCs.

Side note: I personally find competitions very intimidating but I'm fully committed to facing that little fear and just having fun with my dogs! Cause training and spending time with them is what it's all about. So...

It's time for Gracie (red & white) and I to get back in the show ring. She's also doing really well at herding. My plan is to enter her into the conformation shows and a herding trail at the National. I'm also starting to teach her some agility skills. Tonight's training was contacts and rear end awareness.

Taylor and I are going to prepare to compete in Rally obedience and Tricks. She is very good at reading me and loves working for me in this way. Today I printed and laminated the signs and we went through what we could do and what we needed to learn. The plan is to have a few trials under our belt before the national.

Marshall is learning agility and I am loving this little journey with him. He's such a great dog to train, he does everything at 110%! Tonight's session was two by two weaves and we are making progress. It's only his third time seeing these poles, so he's doing good!

Puppy Updates!

The Reputation Litter is 13 weeks old and I've received some lovely updates recently from some of them!

Sheldon 💚 is doing puppy school, learning tricks and doing excellent with his impulse control training! He is adored by his family!

Remi ❤️ loves people, is doing well at puppy school, has mastered multiple commands and fitting in very well with her humans.

Banksy 🩷 has started her agility training (puppy level) and I'm told she is brave, tough and adventurous. She also likes to get dirty by the looks of things!

Mabel 🧡 is thriving with her humans, graduating from puppy school with flying colours and winning the 'sitting' contest!

It's so lovely to hear from our Beaustrong families and how your pup is going!
